  • Tahi Forest Honey, 400g

    The Taste
As the seasons change, the flavours of different native New Zealand forest flowers can be found in our forest honey, including rich and golden Mānuka, as well as Kānuka (lighter than Mānuka but with a similar intense flavor), Rewarewa (dark, intense, rich and malty) and Pohutukawa (light, creamy and subtly floral, sweet yet a little salty). The texture is smooth, creamy and slightly runnier than our Mānuka honeys.

    How to use?
Tahi Forest Honey is ideal for everyday eating and cooking. Enjoy it by the spoonful, as a spread on bread or toast, or to add sweetness and flavour to baking and cooking.

  • Tahi Manuka Honey UMF 15+, 250g

    The Taste:
Rich, complex and moderately tangy. Less sweet, drier and more ‘savoury’ than honeys with a lower UMF, with distinctive Mānuka characteristics.

    How to use?
Enjoy our high UMF Mānuka honey raw by the spoonful, or mix it into smoothies or juice. Do not heat or the natural UMF properties may be affected.

The UMF® trademark is your guarantee that our honey is authentic New Zealand Mānuka honey, containing all of the unique and natural properties that make Mānuka honey so sought after around the world. All of our honeys are free from GMOs and GE, with no added sugar, water or chemicals.
